EXCHANGE POLICY
By receiving our products, you are confirming the items are what you ordered and accepting them as being in good and working condition. Should you find any mechanical or manufacturing defects within the first 7 days, please email mkt@offmax.com.hk to let us know and to see how we could help.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE
1. No refund for any merchandise (including pre-sale items) and service charges.
2. Customer should contact us by email, indicate your invoice number, item’s product code and attach supporting photos to us to to apply for exchange within 7 days from the date of goods collected from our warehouse or receipt at your designated address.
3. Should the item been verified as eligible for exchange, please send the item back to us within 5 working days of receiving our exchange notification in their original packaging to our designated address. We are not responsible for the return fees or any transportation or manpower fee involved in such arrangement.The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
4. Items returned must be in original packing and sellable condition, each item can only be exchanged once.
5. The following items are non-exchangeable:
· Pre-sale items
· Special ordered items
· Custom-made items
· Sale items
· Promotion items
· Display items
· Items listed as non-exchangeable
· Altered, assembled, and defective item due to improper use
6. Item could not be eligible for exchange due to shipment or manufacturing delay.
7. Item could not be eligible for exchange in the reason of not meeting personal favour, change of mind or expectation.
8. At the time of placing an order online,customer should make sure the recipient name, contact telephone number and delivery address are all clear and correct. Any delivery delay or the cost of losing item due to unclear or wrong information will be borne by the customer.
9. Items should be returned to us in their original packing, with all accompanying accessories, manuals (if any) and sales invoice. If the item is not returned in accordance to our exchange policy and procedures, offmaxmall reserve the right not to accept and arrange any exchange.
Please understand that the following reasons cannot be considered as items to be exchanged.
1. Request made after 7 days from the date of goods receipt.
2. Items that have been used, opened, with any damages or scratches.
3. Lighting or colour difference of computer monitors, tablets or mobile devices resulting in some slight colour variations between the actual product and the photo displayed.
4. If the product is made of natural material, we will not accept any exchange due to any discrepancy of colour or pattern of the delivered item versus displayed item.
